Caleb Ott
Chief Executive Officer
Caleb was raised in Reno, NV and moved to Siskiyou County in 2005. He graduated Mt. Shasta High School and later attended College of the Siskiyous where he studied communications and psychology. Caleb holds or has held certifications as a Certified HIPAA Professional, Certified Professional Inspector, Certified Enrollment Counselor and California Notary Public. Caleb is a graduate of the California Primary Care Association’s HealthManagement+ Cohort 16.
Caleb has been with Shasta Cascade Health Centers (SCHC) on-and-off and in different roles since 2013. He has held roles such as Human Resources Director, Facilities Director and Chief Operations Officer. In 2019, Caleb left SCHC to continue studying building science and was a Home Inspector and a Siskiyou County Building Inspector for a period of time. Caleb returned to SCHC in 2021 and quickly moved back into the role of Chief Operations Officer and in 2023 assumed the role as Chief Executive Officer. Caleb strives to achieve SCHC’s mission of building healthy communities by improving health, well-being and quality of life for everyone.
Caleb currently lives in McCloud, CA with his wife, son and 3 dogs. In his free time, Caleb enjoys real estate investing, renovating houses, riding motorcycles and learning new things.
