Forrest Lamb
Director of Operational Development & Innovation
After growing up in Portland, Oregon, Forrest has split his adult life between the Pacific Northwest and the United Kingdom. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Theology from Canterbury Christ Church University in Canterbury, England.
Forrest and his wife Rachael, moved to Siskiyou County in 2011, having been seduced by the fresh air, clean water, tight knit communities and the majestic scenery. He has many years of management experience and has a colorful and varied work history, including coffee roaster, winemaker, teacher and therapist.

Forrest is excited to contribute to Shasta Cascade’s success and to support the small mountain communities that he loves and has come to call home. When not working, you can find him in the garden, in the woods, and playing in Siskiyou’s rivers and lakes with his wife and their three wonderful doggy friends.
