Shasta Cascade Health Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) comprising three health centers in south Siskiyou County. We are a comprehensive primary healthcare practice dedicated to building a healthy community and improving the individual health, well-being, and quality of life for everyone. Our clinics offer a wide variety of services, including Chiropractic, Dental, Podiatry, Behavioral Health as well as routine physical exams, school physicals and DMV physicals. If you are looking to join our clinics and have questions regarding our services or providers, we would be more than happy to help you with your decision-making process.
